做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
